I took a preliminary exam with 20 questions, it was pretty simple. It took a couple of months to hear back. After that things moved fast. I had to read the wiki and do a competency test and got emailed two days after finishing everything.

I found this job online and applied via their website. I did a test, then more testing to ensure I understood their processes. After passing the tests, I was hired through an online process. I first applied by sending my CV via email and got a quick response asking me to do an online test where I had to sort internet content. Then, on very short notice, I had to do an analytical task about choosing a social media threat for a brand, which took my whole weekend. After that, I had a face-to-face interview which was pretty chill. Then, I was given another timed research task, to write a report about a past brand crisis, again with short notice. This was followed by an assessment centre with group tasks and more interviews. After that, I had to give anonymous feedback on the event, and the next day I was told I didn't get the job. They said I didn't show leadership potential, even though I applied for a lead role. In one group task, someone else immediately wanted to lead, so what was I supposed to do, argue? On the next task, I presented the findings. Then they said I missed something in the final assessment that I actually did mention, and when I questioned it, they brushed it off as an error. Finally, I got a response directly related to my anonymous feedback. It's disappointing to put in so much effort and not get the job, but receiving incorrect feedback after so many stages is really upsetting. I spent a whole weekend on an assignment where it turns out I was sent the wrong paperwork. The poor communication, bad feedback, and the whole 'anonymous' feedback situation have left me with a bad impression of the company.
