This was a strange interview. It was my first time talking to them, and there was no HR involved. Instead, it was a panel interview with three team members. It felt like each person had about 5-6 random questions they wanted to ask. Many questions were about favorite books or writers. After that, I never heard back from them.

The whole process took over 4 months. First, there was a 2-month wait to hear back after applying. Then, I had 3 interviews, which took about 2 months. After that, I was ghosted for a month before getting an email back. I made it to the final round, but they decided not to move forward with me. I reached out to the recruiter 5 times for updates, but they only replied once.

It was a short and informal interview process. I was contacted for an initial phone call and then had an online interview. The questions were pretty straightforward. They were flexible and we easily found a time that worked for everyone.

I had 3 interviews in total, done virtually. First with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and finally a director. It was a fast process, all interviews were done in one week. After the last interview, communication was minimal, they said they were still interviewing other people. Instead of telling me I didn't get the job, they waited 5 weeks after my last interview to send me a rejection. I think they should communicate timelines better and set expectations after they make an applicant go through 3 interviews. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth about the company.
