Web Manager
The recruiter set up the interview and said they would send more details, but they never did and didn't reply to my follow-up email. The interview itself was okay. It's been about two weeks with no word. I sent another email last week asking for an update, and they've completely ignored me. It's really unprofessional to ghost candidates like this and waste their time.
- Could you describe your experience with implementing metrics and KPIs?
Professional Instructor
They asked me to do a quick 10-minute presentation about something I achieved, personally or professionally. The interviewers were super friendly, professional, and really seemed interested the whole time. A big part of it was making sure I understood how the job impacts your lifestyle. They were really easy to chat with, which made the whole thing enjoyable.
- What was the reasoning behind the presentation requirement for the interview?
E Learning Developer
The initial stages of the interview process were quite positive. I had a good conversation with the recruiter, and then with the manager, who were both great. Following that, I interviewed with the company President, who was absolutely fantastic. The most challenging part was the subsequent 'meet and greet' with a large group of about 12 team members. This part felt extremely confrontational, almost as if I were seen as an adversary. I left that meeting feeling quite demoralized; even if a job offer had been extended, I would have declined solely based on that team interaction. The team was overly aggressive and intensely questioned every single detail mentioned on my resume. I've never experienced an interview quite like it, and I really didn't care for the team culture at all.

Sales Representative
An outside recruiter reached out to me. I went through two phone interviews and then a panel interview. The panel consisted of three young managers who were dressed casually, and there was also an online observer I didn't recognize. I felt I performed well and shared a lot of my experience, answering their questions effectively. Even though they had six open positions, they didn't move forward with my application, stating I wouldn't fit their 'culture.' Given my age, I suspect age discrimination might have been a factor, and they might not be prioritizing experienced Account Executives or diversity.
- What are the most important factors you consider when choosing a company to join?
