The interview wrapped up quickly, sooner than expected. They just asked a few basic questions without much back-and-forth. For a tutoring job, it felt a bit off, not really matching the student interaction and teaching skill the role would likely need.

So the interview process has 4 stages. First, you submit your resume and cover letter. Second, they asked me to create a lesson plan for a made-up student. Third, there were video interviews where I had to record myself answering some questions. Fourth, a virtual interview where I had to teach the interviewer like she was a student.
