It was a two-stage interview process with the Team Leads for Strategists. Both interviewers were really nice and helpful in explaining what they were looking for. I heard back pretty fast, and it felt like they were really looking out for my best interests regarding the offer.

Technical Case

The interview process was really long and a lot of work. There were 4 interviews total. First, I had to do an online pre-recorded interview, which I don't think anyone actually watched. Then there was a pre-interview call. After that, a technical interview happened. Finally, I had a case study. Everyone was polite until the technical interview. The interviewer was cold and didn't try to connect with me or learn about my interests. She spent about 10 minutes talking about herself, maybe expecting praise. Then she hit me with a barrage of questions. When my answers weren't what she wanted, she got visibly angry and aggressive. It was a terrible experience. She's only been there for 7 months, so she'll probably be fired soon.

Case Behavioral

The interview process was long and unorganized, with conflicting information and poor communication throughout the company. After applying and submitting a video response, I went through four interview rounds, each lasting over an hour, where they repeatedly asked similar questions. Eventually, they stated they didn't think I had enough relevant experience. While I agree with their assessment of my experience, they could have determined this earlier and rejected my application at the screening stage, saving me a significant amount of time. There were also other instances during the process that highlighted the firm's lack of organization and inter-departmental communication.
