The whole thing took about two weeks. It started with me submitting answers to some video screening questions, you had to do seven questions in two minutes each. Then I had to do this case study thing, it was called the ECA Advising Assessment. After that, there was a technical interview with the Regional Team Lead. Then a culture fit, behavioral interview with someone from HR. The last step was a final interview with the Co-Founder, which they said wasn't standard for most people applying for strategist roles. In that final interview, they asked me to suggest graduate programs for a student who had a really vague academic profile.

It was okay, though they asked some pretty basic questions. They kept bringing up how they need people to work overtime, voluntarily, which is interesting. They also talked a lot about the salary.

First, there was a round of recorded video responses where I had to answer a few questions on a website without interacting with anyone. Then, a brief introduction call with a manager to go over the role and set up the next interview. After that, a technical interview lasting about an hour, focusing on policies like early decision and student interaction approaches, with some case examples like suggesting extracurriculars or schools for student profiles. Finally, a case interview where I was given a student profile and asked similar questions, plus how to handle upset parents and coworker conflicts. The whole process felt fast-paced, and it took about 3 weeks from start to offer.
