It was super detailed, but the managers were really nice and made me feel super comfortable, easing my interview jitters. They asked me some deep questions and I had to try to sell them an item that was in the room.

Show up 15 minutes early, ready to start as a new Cricket Wireless employee. You'll need your best knowledge and energy. There are questions to ask, clues to find, and hints given, but it seems like it doesn't amount to much right now. False solutions were presented and not implemented. Good efforts weren't recognized. No rewards were given as promised, promotions weren't given to the right people, or at all, or at the right time. Management is poor and failing. It's an unfair and slow business.

I applied online and then got a call from the manager after a few days. I went in for the interview, and maybe it was an off day for them, but it was super weird. First, he did the interview by the trash cans outside the store. Then he went on and on about his old jobs. He even sent an employee to go get another worker, and I was just left waiting in the middle of the interview while he sorted that out until they got back. Then he went to the restroom, and I was still waiting. When we started again, we were back by the trash cans. The whole thing took 2 hours, but most of that wasn't even the interview.
