First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crewlink.
Cabin Crew
The interview started in the morning with a presentation of the company, then we all took a very simple B1 level English written test, after that they do a screening and whoever passes the test gets to the final individual interview, obviously always in English.
- Why do you want to be a flight attendant?
Flight Attendant
I applied for the recruitment day in Alicante, but before the date, I received an email asking if I preferred to do the interview online because a training course in Germany was opening a few days later. I said yes, booked the appointment, and had my online interview. The thing is, two weeks have passed, the training they mentioned has already started, and I still haven't heard back about whether the result of my interview was positive or negative. I hope to hear from you soon!
- Are you asked about your height and if you have visible tattoos?
Cabin Crew
The process starts with an email requesting your CV, passport, and a background check. You'll also need to confirm your English language proficiency and willingness to be based anywhere in Europe. Be ready with your available dates for the training course, which is usually soon after the interview. It's important to have a medical certificate for aviation, and references to cover any gaps in your employment history. You can't use a relative to explain these gaps via email, so plan who you'll contact beforehand. Be aware of reasons why you might be excluded from the training course.
- Why did you choose this type of job?
Flight Attendant
i applied online and they sent me an email stating all the documents that i needed to prepare for the interview and the dress code. the day of the interview we did an english test divided in 10 grammar question and 1 open answer, pretty easy if your english is level b2 after that they took some time to correct the tests, and in 40 min they sent away who didn't pass. we saw a presentation of the company and had some answers in the end a 1 on one interview where they ask you some questions just to make you talk and check your english flow and grammar, and then ask your reasons for appling and your real motivations. they won't hire you if you're no able to move out of your country. you won't be based where you want at first so you have to keep that in mind.
- Why did you choose this company?
- How many languages do you speak?
- Are you willing to move countries?
