Executive Assistant
I want to share my experience with this agency to warn others about their unprofessionalism. Even though I passed their tough assessments, they left me hanging for over a month without any updates about client matching. Things got really weird when I saw my profile picture had been changed to someone else's. Since they require photos, videos, and voice recordings, this lack of data security is a huge problem. Don't trust the good reviews; they make people write them to advance. Be careful.

Social Media Manager
I got into their candidate pool. Everyone was super friendly, and Jewel was a great interviewer, very kind to me. I really enjoyed the whole experience; I wish other recruitment agencies were this easy and straightforward!
- Can you tell me about the social media management tools you've used?
Technical Support Specialist
If you do well in the first interview and skills assessment, you'll get invited to a panel interview. This will be with a bunch of people from CrewBloom, like your future boss and teammates. The panel interview will dig into your past experience, how you solve problems, and how you'd handle different work situations.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Data Entry Specialist
First, there's a phone screening to check how well you communicate and speak English. After that, they'll send an invite for the first interview. The last step is a final interview with the client or main management, depending on the role you applied for.
- What salary are you looking for?
- Can you state your expected salary amount specifically?
