Digital Marketing Manager
The first step was a phone call with an HR hiring manager for a screening. Then, there was another phone call, this time with the marketing team lead. The final interview was an in-person meeting with several people. I had a lot of email and phone chats with them, but when they told me I didn't get the job, it was a standard, automated email. I understood not getting the job, but I was a bit surprised by the lack of personal touch, especially since we talked so much. It felt like they couldn't even be bothered to send a real email from a person, which left a bad impression of the company.

Manager Trainee
Got a call for a phone interview within a week, it was pretty chill. Then had an in-person interview a week later, a bit more serious with some tricky questions. The last interview was with a panel: a GM, recruiter, and another manager. The hiring process feels a bit old-fashioned and discriminatory. They seem to filter people out based on personal judgment. I heard some secretaries gossiping, which is weird since they supposedly discourage it. The company seems run by white men and has a strict dress code of white shirts and black pants. Honestly, it felt like a white supremacist group vibe with their outdated hiring and segregated dress code. Don't show tattoos, they're really strict about 'clean policies' and have an unequal environment. I wouldn't recommend this place if you value diversity.
- Can you share an instance where you achieved something significant?
- Tell me about a situation where you had to lead or manage.
- Describe a time you had to make a difficult decision.
Associate
I went through the first interview and it wasn't too bad. I made sure to dress appropriately (shirt and tie) because you'll be wearing a bow tie on the job, so don't show up looking like a mess. They asked some basic questions and I had to take a math test. They also wanted to know if I could attend meetings on Wednesday mornings before school. They asked me for a second interview and I tried to contact them back but they never helped me schedule it.
- Have you ever been responsible for handling money?
- How would you rate your math skills?
- Are you prepared to work in harsh winter conditions?
Manager
I applied internally for this role, which is unusual. Since management knew I was interested and qualified, they arranged my first interview with a recruiting manager. After I passed, I completed a long aptitude test with about 170 questions. The results were immediate, and I then had a panel interview with two managers. This was a bit different from the usual three-person panel, but my process was not standard.
- Tell me about a time when...
