First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crestwood Equity Partners.
Logistics Coordinator
Submitted an application online and then got a call from a recruiter within a few days for a 30-minute chat. The recruiter was really easy to talk to and actually suggested to the hiring manager that they should hire me immediately.
- Could you share a bit about yourself?
Contract Specialist
I was reached out to by the Contracts Manager and then had a phone interview with HR. The HR person didn't seem to know much about the job. They said they were going to move me forward to an in-person interview the next week. However, I got an email saying the company is going in a different direction.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a challenging situation and how you navigated it?
Supply Chain Analyst
It was a standard process. I had 2 interviews, one in-person and one online. The first interview was with the whole team, where they all gave different inputs on the position. The second interview was a little more personal. Overall, it was a good interview experience.
- Can you tell me about your 5-year career goals?
Sales Associate
It was a fun and engaging process. The people I met were great and asked thoughtful questions. I really enjoyed it and would tell others to apply when jobs are open. The staff is really strong and the management is kind but firm.
