I applied on LinkedIn, and instead of an HR reaching out, I got an automated email to do a coding challenge. It had a DS/algo problem, a matrix puzzle, some CSS MCQs, and SQL joins. I did an initial solution and then optimized it. After that, I got an email about the next round, which was a recruiter call. We talked about my projects, and she explained the next steps: a DS/algo round and live coding. This seemed a bit much for a front-end role, but I was ready. A couple of days later, I received a rejection email with no feedback.

Recruiter was great. Standard process: 1 screen, then 3 or 4 onsite interviews. One onsite with a system design interviewer was a bit off. The interviewer was looking for a specific solution. Even though I did well and he told me he was impressed, he ended up rejecting me. Feedback was unclear and basic.
