Had 2 virtual rounds asking about my resume and research, teamwork, and behavioral stuff. The final round was an on-site superday with different group and individual interviews, some tasks, and tours of the place.

So for the internship, depending on the role you're applying for, you'll talk to a few different people. The first chat was pretty basic, they asked about projects and stuff on my resume. Then for each part of the interview process, they want you to talk about experiences you've had that are relevant to the job you're interviewing for.

The manager reached out for an online interview, and it was basic behavioral questions. They wanted to see my engineering optimizing mindset, like how I would cook for 10 people. They also asked the same questions as other interviews, such as how my peer or prof would describe me in three words. They asked about my resume too, and the people were super friendly. I'm still waiting for results from the final interview.

  • Additionally, how would you approach cooking it for a large group?

The interview process was good. I completed two phone interviews and was scheduled for a third final interview. Both of the phone interviews were conversational and felt like they really wanted to know me and talk about the role. Unfortunately, when I tried to schedule the third interview, I got no response from either interviewer. My second interview was at the end of April, and the third was supposed to be three weeks later. I still haven't heard back (it's now July).

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Could you explain your approach to managing data collection for your projects?
