First, there was a video interview and a personal virtual interview. Then, you had to do a performance task and a follow-up interview. You'll communicate with both HR and the specific school. You need to show how you apply your knowledge and skills in the task.

The first impression was nice, but the interviewer was clearly above the employees and made sure everyone knew it. She was hyping the place up like it was paradise. But then, she was firing people within weeks and basically bragging about it in front of the whole staff.

The first interview was online, which I was a bit unsure about but it turned out to be nice because I could do it on my own time and didn't have to take off work or get my suit cleaned just to get rejected. It had two video questions and one essay. Then, the next interview was in person and involved a few one-on-one meetings, plus one with the whole team. I really clicked with the team and found their questions made sense and were easy to answer. It felt like they were more interested in whether I'd be a good fit for the team rather than trying to trick me.

The interview process was really nice and went fast. They had me do a first and second interview. I did video interviews for both, but if you live nearby, they might set up an in-person one.
