The interview process was pretty straightforward and efficient. They offered both virtual and in-person meeting options. Scheduling was flexible, and I got to meet the team pretty quickly, which made the whole experience go smoothly.

First up was a quick 30-minute zoom call with the manager I'd be reporting to. We talked salary right away, and while it was on the lower side, I was still interested, so I moved on to the next interview hoping it was negotiable. The next interview was a panel, which could be on campus or zoom, but mine was via zoom. I met with a bunch of department heads I'd be working with directly. That one went for over an hour, and they had questions for me, and I got to ask them questions too.

My interview got rescheduled 3 times and I didn't get to pick the times. They just told me when it would be. It was the worst interview ever and I left crying. The interviewers were mean and interrogated me instead of getting to know me or telling me about the job. I withdrew my application online, so I don't know if I would have moved on. I wouldn't work for Creighton University if this is how they treat people in charge.

Behavioral Presentation

I saw the job posting and called to find out about the work, and they told me to apply. I filled out an online form and the Director of the area got in touch. After talking on the phone, we set up a meeting with him and some people from the office. It felt pretty casual because I knew most of them, so they already had an idea of what I could do. They were really clear about the job's expectations, and the Director promised a raise to take the role. I also met with the Director again and the Assistant Vice-President of the Division separately. This was partly to learn more about my background, but also to get my thoughts on the position and what I was looking for.
