Analyst
the interview process was smooth with fairly simple questions and then a case study which was quite interesting to do, but there was an issue with how long it took to get a reply back about the outcome.
- How do you view the current macroeconomic conditions?
Product Owner
I talked to the recruiter first. Then I had an interview with the Head of Product. After that, both of them ghosted me. I tried to get an update many times but never heard back. It's a bad way to treat people who take time to get ready and interview, especially when they have to take time off work.
- How do you decide whether to include or exclude product features?
Credit Analyst
So, first I had a chat with the team lead. They mostly talked about the job and the team, and asked about my background and why I wanted the job. It wasn't really technical. The next round was the main one. I had 5 days to prep a case study on a company, and then I presented it to the team lead and a couple of senior analysts. I had to answer questions about the case and maybe about my sector and valuing bonds. Then there were some rounds with HR and a couple of senior analysts from other teams. These were good to learn more about the company and the people, and I felt pretty close to getting an offer, but you still gotta be ready.
- Tell me about your motivations for this role.
- What sparks your interest in this role?
- Could you present your case study analysis on the company?
Fixed-Income Research Analyst
First there is a call on Microsoft Teams with 1 or 2 senior analysts, where they want to know more about your profile. Then there is a case study you have to prepare for 3 days (they give you a offering memorandum). Later, there is another call where you have to speak about the case study and answer questions from a panel composed by the senior analysts
