So I put my resume in online and then answered some questions on the application. After that, I had an initial chat with the recruiter. Then there were 3 more interviews where they checked my experience and if I'd be a good cultural fit.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

Applied for a marketing job needing B2C experience. Got 2 assessments, about 30 questions each. Then heard from the hiring manager for a screen, then another hour-long interview with them. After that, an hour with 2 execs and the hiring manager. Finally, an in-person interview at HQ where I was told I'd hear back the next week. Never heard anything, and my follow-up got no reply. So, after 2 tests, 3 virtual, and 1 in-person over a month, I got ghosted.

I talked with two supervisors who reviewed my resume and asked about my past work experience. They also asked me some personal questions and told me about the company, its business, and how long it's been around. They mentioned they're moving their main office to Texas.

The interview process was fast and straightforward. The VP was very approachable and made me feel welcome. They inquired about my past work history and asked a few other questions. I'm particularly keen on this opportunity due to the company being new and the potential for career growth.
