They have a pretty standard interview process. If you're looking to get a job here and you get an interview, just look up common interview questions on Google. They usually have at least two people interviewing you. They each ask questions and jot down your answers on paper.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with stress at work.
Member Relationship Consultant
The interview questions really didn't line up with the job itself. What they were asking for during the interview was totally different from the actual job duties. It's like a whole other thing, they expect way more than what's stated, and some of the expectations are just wild.
- What makes you believe you're a good fit for this role?

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I had a phone interview that was about 20 minutes long. After that, they called me to set up an in-person interview. There were two people interviewing me, the branch manager and an HR representative. I also had to do a short math test during the interview. The in-person part lasted for about an hour, with each interviewer asking questions one after another. They asked if I had any questions at the end.
- Can you describe a time you dealt with a confrontation and how you resolved it?
Sales Consultant
Applied online and then a regional manager reached out for a phone screen. After that, I was invited to an interview day at a branch. Several people were interviewed in a row. I had interviews in 30-45 minute blocks with 3 different teams of 2 people each. There were also some timed, essay-type questions I had to write on paper.
- What are some standard behavioral questions?
