Behavioral

The interview process was pretty standard. First, there was an initial interview with HR, then a follow-up with the department manager and usually the assistant manager. After that, you'd get dismissed. Then, usually within a day or two, you'd hear back if you were getting an offer.

Behavioral Technical

I was called in for an interview with the hiring manager and a senior underwriter. It was pretty informal and the questions focused on my job experience and workplace preferences. The manager asked how I like a manager to approach me with corrections, which was really thoughtful and unexpected. Then I was called in for a 2nd interview with the VP who just asked me about my experience. Both interviews were relaxed and pleasant.
