It was a really quick process, about a week from the first interview to finish. The team seemed good. Then there's about 2 weeks of training, which could be improved.

Behavioral Other

I never even spoke to a real person. I got an email to do a one-way interview. When I followed up because I hadn't heard anything, it was another generic email. No one human ever connected with me. After I did the interview, I got another email. Then, they just ghosted me and I never heard back.

Behavioral

They ask tons of questions, I'd say about 10 questions, so make sure you practice before the interview. Every time you answer a question, they will have another question after. Most likely, it will be two people interviewing you together.

Behavioral Presentation

First, there was a phone interview to go over the details like work hours, benefits, and the pay. After that, I went in for a face-to-face interview with the branch manager and assistant branch manager that lasted about an hour. A lot of questions about customer service situations from my past jobs were asked. I got to ask them questions at the end too, which they liked. It took them about four weeks to get back to me with an offer.
