The process was really disorganized and unfocused. There wasn't a clear structure. Some interviews with hiring managers felt repetitive. I also had an interview with a peer and another one with a more junior PM.

I was contacted by HR through email. We had an initial phone screen, then a lengthy 5-hour on-site interview. This included a whiteboard coding challenge, meetings with three engineers, and a chat with the CTO. Afterward, I interviewed with a current product manager for a case study discussion. It was a great experience overall, one of the best I've had.

Case Presentation

I had a phone screen and then an onsite interview. It was a good experience overall. The recruiter, hiring manager, and the panel were all very respectful. One thing I noticed is that the company has grown a lot recently, and everyone I spoke to had been there for less than a year. This makes me think either they are expanding to build new business lines for diversification and profitability, or things are a bit chaotic, which some panelists hinted at.
