Sales
This was a weird interview. I asked about the negative reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed concerning bait and switching customers, but didn't get a clear answer, just that there were "a few disgruntled employees." The positive reviews also seemed fake. They said they want someone who can do 6 one-call closes per day. I asked how many people actually achieve that, and they didn't answer. Also, the manager said he's over 300 employees, which doesn't make sense. Lots of red flags.

Inside Sales Representative
The interview process was incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. I thought the first interview went well, but then they rejected me. About a month later, they asked me to interview again. I wasn't sure about interviewing with them again but decided to do it. After the interview, they completely ghosted me. It was a total waste of my time. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company before.
- How would you handle a situation where someone wants to talk to their spouse before proceeding?
- Can you share some details about your sales experience?
Inside Sales Representative
I got a text after applying online. It told me about my application status and had a link to schedule a 15 minute interview. The text had bad grammar. I scheduled with one person, but someone else called me. This person told me how the company scams people trying to fix their credit scores by taking their money instead of helping them pay bills. I had a bill issue before and fixed my credit score by paying the company I owed. You can see this on the free credit report. I didn't want to work for a scam company.
- How would you handle a sales objection? For example, if a potential customer says they need to talk to their spouse before giving credit card details, how would you close the sale?
- How do you make a sale if a lead claims she needs to consult her husband before providing credit card information?
