First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Credigy Solutions.
Analyst
The interview process involved three rounds. The first was a Zoom call with a recruiter, which was very basic. The second was a 30-minute meeting with the hiring manager, where they asked about 1-3 behavioral and 1-2 situational questions relevant to the job. The third round, usually in-person with several managers and team members, was conducted over Zoom for me. It consisted of individual 30-minute interviews with two managers and a director, focusing more on assessing fit with a few extra situational questions.

Financial Risk Analyst
So there were four rounds in total. The process went pretty smoothly and the HR person was really good and fast to respond. However, they decided not to move forward with my application and didn't give any feedback at all. It feels like a waste of time when you put in hours for interviews and don't get any feedback. The first round was an HR screening, the second was with the hiring manager, the third was a case study, and the fourth was a discussion of that case study, which was usually in person.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Investment Valuation Analyst
I had an initial screening call with the HR Manager who was professional and responsive to calls and emails. The next week, I had a video interview with two people who seemed disinterested from the start. One person reviewed my resume while the other, who appeared disengaged, only listened and occasionally spoke when prompted. They made little eye contact. Despite my potential shortcomings as a candidate, I felt the treatment was embarrassing and affected my performance, causing me significant distress for about a week. I hope this was an unusual occurrence due to a bad day for them.
- Could you tell me about your resume?
- Do you have technical knowledge regarding modeling?
Business Analyst
I applied for the Business Analyst job back in February. A recruiter called me about two weeks later for a phone interview that same day. She seemed really happy with me and liked the questions I asked. She said she'd get back to me the next week. But I ended up calling her like once a week for 4-5 weeks and then got rejected. So basically, don't get your hopes up too much. If you get an offer, great, but otherwise, just move on because their senior recruiters are constantly traveling between Norcross, GA and their main office in Brazil.
