First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Credico.
Consultant
I started with a recruiter chat over Teams. Then, about a week later, I had meetings with some members of the Executive Team. After that, I had a quick chat with the founder of the company. All these interviews were remote, no in-person ones.
- What's your strategy for handling negative online feedback about the company?
Account Manager
This was a long process for what is essentially an administrative role. There were 3 rounds of interviews, starting with the CEO and then going down to the manager. It felt a bit strange though, given the decision seemed to have already been made at the CEO level.
- What past experiences do you have, and what skills can you transfer to this role?
Customer Service Representative Sales
It was a three stage interview. First, a quick meet and greet with the CEO. Then, a 90 minute second round meeting. The next day was the third round meeting. During the second round, the interviewer asked me to use my notebook. I said no cause I have a good memory. So he wrote in my notebook for me. I didn't need to look at his notes later. Found out later he was brainwashed and invested in the company. He seemed like a nice guy who got into the wrong scam.
- Can you explain the law of averages and what it means to you?
Account Executive
I found the address online and went there wearing a suit. After waiting a bit, I was called in to an office for a very straightforward interview with a nice lady.
- How did you find out about this opportunity?
- Could you elaborate on your previous experience?
- What are your career aspirations?
