First, there's a screening call where they ask about your current roles & responsibilities. If you match, they'll move you to a second call with the Manager. The Manager will screen you again on your roles & responsibilities, and then ask more about your location and expectations. They don't really explain their offer clearly, but when they're ready to close, they'll adjust your current CTC to fit their needs and give you their final offer. It was a really bad experience; they don't seem to understand the difference between fixed and variable pay. They should get their basics right before offering jobs.

My interview experience was really good and smooth. The first round was completely technical and the interviewer was very understanding, giving me plenty of time to show my skills and even helping me afterward with concepts I didn't know. I then advanced to the second round, which was a techno-managerial round. This round focused mainly on my projects and my ability to explain them. The interviewer asked questions in a way that made me feel comfortable and gave me time to explain my logic and concepts easily. I also want to thank the HR who helped me at every step of the recruitment process, from collecting my information to conducting the interview, even late at night. So, overall, my interview experience with Credence for this role was really good.

The HR tried really hard to get people interested in joining the company. They mentioned our salary and other stuff, but the actual offer letter had less money. It seemed like the HR didn't really know their job responsibilities and were just focused on getting people to sign up. They called multiple times for interviews.
