It was a group interview process with interaction among candidates. They proposed 'challenge' style tasks to be done together within timeframes, online during the interview. In my opinion, the selection process was excessively long and laborious considering the open position and the proposed remuneration.

Initial get-to-know-you chat with HR via Meet, with other candidates present. The chat lasted an hour. The HR person was friendly and made us feel comfortable. We were asked to introduce ourselves by discussing our educational and professional backgrounds.
