It was two interviews. One group and one individual. Group exercises involved collaboration and problem-solving. Then there were 2 very attentive HR people who noticed a lot of details. It was more complex to manage the individual part than the group part.

It went like this: First online interview with a psychologist. Second in-person with CREDEM. Third assessment at the Reggio Emilia site. Afterwards, they said they'd send communications about the outcome. The selected candidates were contacted by phone after 30-50 days, but I instead received an email with a negative outcome. Serious company and attentive to people.
