First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CreatorIQ.
Customer Success Manager
They contacted me right after my application. There were two interviewers, but they've gone without response after an interview. That culture will fail in the market eventually. Bad culture. Ghosting. I had an interview at 3am. 4am in my time zone for HR director, but they do not appreciate that. The HR director, recruiter never replied to me even if they promised to get back to me before Xmas and I have asked 2-3 times for weeks. So rude and arrogant. This culture will fail in my region.

Solutions Consultant
I interviewed for a Solutions Consultant position at CreatorIQ and it was a great experience. The recruiter kept me informed about the 3 stages and what to expect. I really liked the helpful feedback after my presentation. I also talked to the CEO in the last round and he shared some cool ideas about the creator economy and the company's future. It made me more excited about the company's mission and culture. Even though I didn't get the job, I have a lot of respect for the people and CreatorIQ. I'd consider working there again and suggest others interview with them.
- What aspect of this role do you find least appealing?
Renewal Manager
The interview process was long. About halfway through, I had to do a presentation. There were 5 rounds in total. I spent hours preparing and rehearsing for the presentation. The internal recruiter did have a prep call with me for it. I received a lot of good feedback, but unfortunately, I was not selected because they had someone else who finished all 5 rounds and got an offer before I even finished my presentation.
- How would you approach prioritizing renewals?
Product Support Manager
I was contacted by the recruiter, Faniza, and my experience with her was incredible. She was communicative, prompt, and friendly, making the experience pleasant. She kept me updated on progress, was transparent, and held a prep meeting to introduce me to the interviewers and potential topics. I was impressed by this well-organized process, feeling confident and comfortable to be my authentic self. Each interviewer created a welcoming atmosphere for a casual discussion with good questions. I hope CreatorIQ's interview approach becomes a standard, benefiting both interviewers and interviewees. The process was smooth and well-executed from start to finish.
