I had a phone interview, then went in for an onsite. They also had me create and present event ideas to the team. I didn't get an offer, which made me feel like they were looking for free work. They later said they changed the role to Office Manager and wanted someone more experienced.

They moved really quickly. I had a phone interview, and then we set up an onsite meeting. CreativeLive, which makes educational content for creatives, wants to shift its platform from being just a software tutorial site like lynda.com to more of a creative community in the coming years. This Designer role seems to be more about Email Design within marketing and sales. The team was very friendly. Sadly, they didn't think I was the right fit, but I still appreciate what they're doing.

Got a tour first, then had a bunch of interviews with awesome people. Met the heads of departments I'd be working with. It was really fun. I liked seeing the facilities under construction with the crew. It was a mix of seeing if I'd fit in and if I had the job skills.

I had a 30-minute phone interview first. Then, they invited me to the office for a panel interview and gave me a tour of the space. They then informed me that the role had changed and I wasn't a good fit.
