it was very straightforward, mostly about my background and what I could offer to the company. i would recommend CSNHC to everyone! they truly care for their employees and residents and give back to the community

I met with the administrator and the corporate MDS nurse. They were really nice. They told me about the job and what they expected. The interview was quick and informative. They said they would call me when they decided, and they did call me 3 weeks later with a job offer.

My interview went GREAT! She even gave me her cell number for questions. I waited and waited to hear something, but nothing came. I called and texted, and she told me to call HR. I called HR, and they said they didn't know anything about my interview. She said she would check on it and call me back, but still nothing. I called again and left a message, and she never called me back. Unprofessional, if you ask me. I would never have acted that way and would be ashamed if I treated a potential DIRECTOR like that.

It's easy to get hired if you know what you're doing. You just need to know why you want to work there. I was interviewed by the DON and Human Resources. It's a good place to work.
