Billing Assistant
The interview process was easy and quick, with no unusual steps. It felt pretty informal, which was fine given the casual atmosphere; I wouldn't have expected it to be stuffy.

Account Manager
It was a pretty standard interview. The whole thing took about half an hour. You might talk to more than one person. Sometimes interviewers are in a rush to get to their next meeting so they'll be really quick with you.

Reservation Specialist
I applied for this job without realizing it was for their call center. The first call felt like a quick interview, asking me questions about hospitality on the spot. Then I went for an in-person interview. The office has a strong startup vibe. The interview started with a friendly woman, but then a group of men, some quite intimidating, joined in. About five of them interviewed me at once, taking turns asking questions, which was a lot. After that, I had to do a typing test. The initial interviewer then gave me a tour. Seeing their call center section separate from other departments felt off, like they were isolating those roles instead of promoting teamwork. The job posting should have been clearer about it being a call center position with so many people. They do have a big lunch area with employee photos. They called me the same day with an offer, which was nice. I considered it but declined due to the 11-hour days (10-hour shift with a 1-hour break), non-consecutive days off that included weekends, and the lack of this critical information in the ad or phone call. The starting pay was $12/hour with a benefits probation period. Training involved a month-long, 8-hour daily course, after which the 4-day work week would begin with shifts like 11 am to 10 pm. While it might be a decent place to work, it wasn't for me. Plus, I overheard an employee making demeaning comments about the intelligence and appearance of call center applicants.
