So I just finished all the rounds, there were four in total and I think I did well. The HR person, Harshita Vaity, was super quick in setting up each round on consecutive days, which was great. But, after finishing everything, there was just silence. No update, no feedback, nothing. It feels like a waste of time and effort, you know? I'm just mentioning her name to prove this is real. I mean, win or lose, a quick response is basic courtesy, right? It shows respect for our time. The hiring team really needs to step up their communication game and make sure people don't get left in the dark after putting in so much work.

HR reached out to me and we screened for 30 minutes over the call. After that, we moved to the HR round where the HR manager again screened me. Next was the technical interview where the Hiring manager had expectations that were not aligned with the Job Description. All red flags, the hiring team is not in sync with themselves and they don't have the budget to match industry standards. I withdrew my application after reading other reviews and validating with current employees. Won't recommend.

There were supposed to be four rounds in total, and I managed to complete the first two (L1 and L2). For the third round, they mentioned they'd introduce me to someone, but I wasn't given details. After the L2 round, I followed up with HR regarding feedback. HR informed me that the panel intended to introduce me to someone (which would be the 3rd round), and a decision on moving forward would only be made after that. However, following this discussion, HR never got back to me about scheduling the third round. It's quite disheartening when you invest time and effort, only to feel like they weren't planning to proceed. Based on my experience, I wouldn't suggest interviewing here; it felt like a waste of time and lacked professionalism.
