First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Create Music Group.
Marketing Intern
The interview process was really smooth and the interviewers were very nice and open about the role. I was nervous at first but during the process they made sure I understood the role and what the company does. I appreciated that they were honest about all aspects of the job.
- Tell me about a challenge you encountered in a previous work experience and how you handled it.
Coordinator
They rescheduled then changed the interviewer. After the interview, they never got back to me about the result, even though they said they will get back to me before a certain time. I interviewed with them twice (one for an intern position and one for a coordinator position), and both times I was ghosted near the end. It felt very disrespectful of my time and effort as an interviewee.
- Can you describe your background and work experience?
Art Director
It was a smooth and professional interview process. They initially gave me a take-home test, but it took them about 30 days to respond. Following that, I had another video call with the team. After starting as a freelancer, I transitioned to a full-time role within two months.
- How would you provide feedback on this?
Data Scientist Intern
First, there was a general intro to the company, then I introduced myself and answered some behavioral questions. The first actual interview round didn't have any technical stuff, but the behavioral questions were really about teamwork and time management. After that, I was asked to complete a technical case study.
- When you have several projects ongoing, how do you prioritize your tasks?
