They got back to me fast after I applied and setting up the interview was easy. However, the job wasn't what I thought it would be based on the ad and my research. My advice: be clear in your listing if you need industry experience. It saves time for everyone.

The interview was pretty laid-back. They asked some basic questions about my background and went over my resume. We chatted about my career goals and what I'm looking for. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview.

Had one interview at the Springfield, IL headquarters with three people from the group. It was a very easygoing conversation about my history, education, and goals. CMT really looks for someone who will work there for the rest of their life. If you mention that you are looking for a place to settle down for a long time, it will score you big points. However, I don't recommend doing this if you don't mean it.

It was a pretty straightforward screening by the office manager for the first round. I'd say just highlight the strengths on your resume and how they fit the job you're applying for. The second round had the Office Manager and a Project Manager. I thought it would be easy, but they expected more from me. Make sure you know what's on your resume. They also really want to know what type of office environment you prefer. I guess you'll just have to guess. I personally wasn't that serious about it because I didn't like the designing part of the job.
