Junior Software Developer
The interview process was all online. It started with a telephonic technical interview, which was of average difficulty. Then, there was a manager interview, similar to a personal interview, with some general questions.
- What are the basics of JavaScript?
- Tell me about SAP IRPA.
Web Developer
The interview process involved an HR round covering Html, Css, Javascript, Jquery, and Sql, followed by a group decision discussion focusing on Sql questions. They also asked for advice on how to crack the HR round. The process also included a background check and an offer.
- Can you discuss Java, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and jQuery?
- Regarding the group decision, what is your answer to the SQL question?
- What is your strategy for successfully navigating the HR round?
Business Analyst
An interview process is how companies sort through lots of applicants to find the best people. It helps managers and other important people at the company figure out if you're a good fit for them. The steps and what they need can be different depending on the kind of job, the role, and the company you're applying to.
- Can you tell me about your education?
- What qualifications do you have?
SAP Consultant
This was a very long interview process. The HR instructed me to wait for a call all night, but the next day we found out the interviewer was unavailable. They offered a lower salary than my current one, citing budget constraints as they are an SAP partner. They also tried to get me to sign a bond that included a clause for no salary increment, despite offering less than my current package. They claimed salary increments would be performance-based, but implied it would be easy to deny them by saying my performance wasn't good enough, with the expectation that I would then sign the bond. The HR recruiter, Amruta, was also very rude throughout the hiring process.
- Are you asking questions for experienced professionals that assume one or two extra years of experience?
- Would you advise experienced candidates against joining?
- The offer letter included a 2-year bond that was not disclosed during the HR interview.
