I had 2 interviews that were each about 30 minutes long. The first was with an HR specialist, and the second was with a panel of 3 women who were hiring for Allocation Analyst roles on their teams. Everyone was really nice, and they responded quickly after each interview. It was a great experience overall, and I'd suggest applying.

The hiring process was long, delayed, and confusing. It took a total of 4 months to complete, with 5 interviews in total: one initial screen, one phone interview, and three in-person interviews. It was pretty much what you'd expect from an interview, but they failed to give me a tour of the building. I was brought in three separate times and only ever shown a room immediately to the right. I really think a tour of the workplace should be standard practice.
