The interview process started with a phone call where I was informed about the lifting restrictions, which was crucial due to my recent back surgery. The conversation lasted an hour and seemed promising, leading to an in-person interview scheduled for the following week. Upon arrival, I was told there would be significant heavy lifting and asked about the timeline for lifting my restrictions. Despite this, the interview went well for an hour, and I was told a final interview with the GM would be arranged. However, I never heard back and sent a follow-up email today because I really need a job.
