It began with a Zoom interview. Then I flew out and spent 3-4 hours interviewing with several department heads. They were all really nice and easy to talk to. I also got a tour of the office. I followed up with HR a bunch, and they kept saying a decision was coming soon, but then I just got ghosted in the end.
