The interview process involved a visit to a very interesting building. However, the shop appeared quite disorganized during a walk-around. I only observed one area that seemed dedicated to actual metal fabrication. They weren't clear about my specific work location or the variety of projects I might be involved in.

I interviewed with two people in a conference room, they were very nice and professional. After the interview, they took me on a 20 minute tour to show me around the property and told me more about the position/introduced me to employees. They still didn’t hire me which felt misleading.
