This was a quick interview process with 3 rounds total. The first round was technical and included a deep dive into my resume. The last round had some questions about culture and general fit. I completed this process a while ago, so it might have changed since then.

First, there was a phone call with HR, then a face-to-face meeting with the direct manager, my N+1 and N+2. The interview lasted over an hour. We were asked to introduce ourselves, explain why we were applying, and discuss our motivations for the role. They gave us 2 tests to assess our reasoning skills. The interview was conducted in a very supportive atmosphere. Afterwards, HR contacted us to let us know if we hadn't been selected, and they offered to explain the reasons why.

I applied directly on the recruitment site 4 days after the job was posted, given my previous year of experience in this role at another bank. I also submitted my CV, cover letter, and a recommendation letter from my former branch manager directly at the branch that was hiring. The process included an initial contact call, then a second phone call for an interview. The hiring manager was supposed to call at 1 PM but didn't, so I had to follow up, and she eventually called at 5:30 PM. I then had to fill out a form that repeated information from my cover letter and asked about my motivations for the position (topics already discussed). Following that, I had a video call with the same hiring manager, who was 40 minutes late without prior notice. An external provider also sent a form to verify my professional background. After the video interview, I was told the HR manager would get back to me soon. I was then contacted again to 'clarify some points.' A week later, I received a call informing me that two other candidates were in more advanced stages and that while the hiring manager was clarifying points, her manager learned the position was on hold. The entire process took over a month, and I never had an in-person interview.
