I interviewed with CR about 5 years ago. I really liked the interview process, the company, and the people. It was a good company, but I didn't get the offer because they had already extended an offer to someone else, who had initially declined but then reconsidered. I would definitely consider working there again. There's a lot of potential.

It took about two weeks. I applied online, and after a week, I got a call for a phone interview. The interview was three days after that. I got through that, and then they asked me to come in for an in-person interview, which was scheduled for two weeks after I applied. I met with the CEO there. The day after that, they called me with the offer.

So there's gotta be like at least 3 interviews, but I ended up having 5. First up was just a screener call with their recruiter, then they tell ya if you can move on. Second interview was with the CEO, super nice guy, and it's mostly about seeing if your personality will vibe with the firm. He'll let you know if you're good for the next round. Third interview, you're with 4 big shots from corporate, so be ready for some tough questions for like an hour. They'll tell you if you made it to the next step. Fourth interview is with the director of the specific local office you applied to -- CR has 5 offices across the US. They'll tell you if you're moving on. The fifth meeting is a phone call where the CEO gives you the offer. Then the recruiter shoots over an offer letter detailing the whole compensation package.
