First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CQ Medical.
Associate Product Manager
It was a super smooth process, starting with a chat with the recruiter, then a call with the manager, and finally meeting the team. Honestly, everyone was a pleasure to connect with!
- Can you describe a situation where you had to solve a problem?
Information Technology Director
I applied for the job online. Then I got an email saying they wanted to do a phone interview with both HR and IT. The HR person called me when they said they would. We talked about my past experience, the company, and what it's like to work there. They also asked if I was okay with relocating.
- What has been your most significant achievement?
Supply Chain Manager
I had an initial phone screen with HR, then a second phone screen with the hiring manager. After that, I went on-site for a caliper assessment and a panel interview with 5 CIVCO employees, which was a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Finally, I had one last phone screen with the company President.
- Can you share a significant memory from your high school years and its impact on you?
Product and Line Developer
Simple interview. Asked about years of experience. They talked a lot about their projects and the need for a proactive person. Included discussion about products and lines to develop and mainly private sector positioning.
- Do you have experience in sales and product positioning?
