you cleared four interview rounds and the HR verbally confirmed your selection, but no offer letter arrived. This could indicate internal delays, budget changes, or a withdrawn position. Follow up politely with HR for clarification. If unresponsive, consider it a red flag and continue your job search while keeping options open. Stay professional.

It was FOUR interviews total. Started with a recruiter, then the hiring manager. After that, I met with potential team members, and then two more people I'd work with closely. The first interview with the recruiter was basically to see if my personality fit and to ask some questions that would pop up again. If the recruiter felt good about me, I moved on to the hiring manager, who asked about my job history and if I could do the job. The potential team members asked similar questions, also checking my personality. The last interview was much like the third one. Finally, the recruiter let me know about the offer via email and phone. The process took about a week, depending on everyone's schedule. It felt long but I didn't feel uncomfortable.

So, a buddy of mine who works there put my resume in as a general referral and I got contacted pretty fast. For the first interview, the recruiter canceled last minute because of meetings. For the second try, the recruiter just didn't show up. I waited 15 minutes and then emailed them. They took two days to respond, and I think they weren't gonna respond at all until the person who referred me followed up. It was pretty awkward. I only rescheduled because I was so curious to see what would happen. For the third attempt, the recruiter was 10 minutes late. She asked some normal questions and then told me there were no open spots but that she'd think of me for a product coach or Aha admin role. Then she said something really weird about how cPrime sometimes hires people from companies they consult with and that 'you never know, you could get hired that way.' That's not okay, implying that if I hire you, you might hire me? And stop ghosting people!

I went through four live interviews, all done remotely over the phone or web. First up was a candidate sourcing specialist who checked my background and quickly moved me forward. Then an HR specialist seemed to guide me through. I had a long chat with the person currently in the role, mainly to see if I'd fit the company culture. After that, a long web-conference with the hiring executive went really well and covered a lot of ground. The HR specialist was my last contact, where we talked about the pay difference.
