First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cpl Resources.
Community Operations Analyst
The recruitment process was pretty easy. I sent my CV to the recruiter and got a first phone interview two days later. We talked about my past experiences, my skills, and why I applied for this job. The recruiter was really nice and friendly. The second phone interview was with the same person, and it was to help me get ready for the in-person interview. The third interview was face-to-face with another recruiter and my Team Leader. It was formal at first but got pretty relaxed by the end. Overall, a good experience.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in this role?
- Could you share an instance from your past work where you handled pressure and met targets?
Community Operations Analyst
Applied via email and got a reply the next day to schedule a screening call (15-20 min). Then, I completed some online tests (IT, English, Resilience) which were pretty easy. After that, I had a 15-min phone chat with the hiring manager. Then, I had an in-person interview that lasted about an hour with two interviewers. They asked relevant questions and gave me a good opportunity to explain why I'd be a good fit. This was more challenging than a previous interview I had for a similar role elsewhere. Since the role requires a specific language, I also had to do a translation task (30 min, but took me less than 20 min) and a text correction task. After the interview, I was asked to provide my previous addresses for a background check, complete a psychometric test, and get a written letter from a previous employer and oral references from a previous manager (not from the same company).
- Can you name someone you admire and who inspires you, and tell me the reason why?
Community Operations Analyst
The interview process moved really quickly, taking only two weeks from application to hearing back. The recruiter was great and sent a clear email outlining the entire process, timeline, and what to expect at each step. I met with someone from HR and a team lead, both of whom were very friendly and made an effort to pronounce my name correctly, which was a really nice touch and made me feel included right away.
- Can you explain your understanding of what this role entails?
- What makes you interested in working for this company?
