Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cpl Resources.
Content Analyst
I had a quick phone call, then a Video Interview. After that, there were IQ and Memory game tests, followed by an English Test and a Specific Market Language Test. Finally, there was a 1:1 Interview. It was a pretty standard process with pretty standard questions, and the difficulty was average.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
- What is your understanding of this position?
Content Analyst
The process was really clear and smooth, with 3 steps. It was pretty straightforward. First, a screening phone call to get acquainted with the recruiter. Then, a second call covering questions you needed to prepare for, where I received feedback on my responses. This led to the final in-person interview. Since I was well-prepared from the phone interview, the last stage only took me 20 minutes to impress them.
- Are you sensitive to the content you encounter?
Content Reviewer
I spoke with CPL, a recruitment agency, who were screening candidates for another company. It felt more like a preliminary chat than a formal interview. I think it went pretty well, my answers were quick, polite, and to the point.
- Can you tell me about your current role?
- What's motivating your decision to leave your current job?
- Walk me through your previous job experiences.
