First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CPH.
Project Manager
Started with a thorough initial intake with recruiting. The recruiter was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Following that, there was an on-site interview with the team, who were also great. It seems like they don't have a very high turnover, which is a good sign for long-term employee retention.

Engineer
The recruiter reached out to me to set up some interviews. They were pretty open about the department's current challenges. The job ad said it was a fully remote role, and since I'm not close to the office, a hybrid setup just wouldn't work for me. I met with the team and the hiring manager, and I felt like things were going well, and I was really excited about the job. I told them what I needed and wanted to make sure we didn't waste anyone's time before a final interview. I had a final interview with senior leadership, but they were really cagey when I asked about the pay and benefits. I ended up getting an offer for a hybrid role, which I had already told them wasn't an option for me. In the end, it felt like a waste of everyone's time.
- Can you describe my responsibilities as a mentor to junior engineers?
Drafting Technician
The people at CPH were respectful and educated. I have a great respect for the company and the people I communicated with during this process. I was looking for a different salary and work setup, so I declined the job offer.
- Could you commute to the job location?
Marketing Assistant
The interviewers were uninterested from the beginning. During my answers, I was either constantly interrupted or snickered at by one of them. At one point, an interviewer told me I had no personality, but clarified they didn't hate me or they would have ended the interview. While I understand personality fit is important, telling someone they lack personality seems unprofessional. It would be better to state that a personality isn't a fit, offering constructive feedback rather than being disruptive.
- Can you discuss your previous experiences?
