This was a professional and super informative interview process. I learned a lot about the position and had ample time to ask all my questions and address any concerns I had. Overall, it was a great experience from beginning to end.

Initially spoke with another program rep who forwarded my resume for a more fitting role. They were flexible with my schedule to set up an interview. Overall, it was a really good experience! I've been with the agency for a few years now.

Behavioral Other

I applied through Indeed and then got a call for an interview. When I got there a little before my interview time, they had me fill out a 10+ page application which was basically writing out my whole electronic application again. After I spent 20 minutes on that, I had to wait another 15 minutes to go in. I was interviewed by three people. Two were nice, but the main interviewer was rude and didn't seem to listen, just asking the next question right after I answered. It felt really impersonal and like they had already made up their mind they didn't want me but were just going through the motions. Nobody took notes while I talked. It felt like a waste of my time and energy. I had to ask what the next steps were, and they said they planned to offer the job to their chosen candidate within a week and had interviewed 'a lot' of people. I think they already knew who they wanted to hire and I was just a box to check. I wish they'd just canceled or at least not made me rewrite my application for them.

Behavioral Technical

I've interviewed with CPC 4 times over the past year, and each time was confusing. None of the interviewers were on time or prepared. They say they'll let you know either way, but they don't. Nobody communicates within the agency about interviews, so if you've interviewed for one position and get called for another, the new person has no clue you've already interviewed. They waste your time by making you fill out a long paper application after you already did one online. They ask few questions and then get annoyed when you have a lot of questions. They seemed confused by normal questions. You have to come back for a second interview that's identical to the first. They seem to favor candidates with less experience, like recent grads or interns, likely to pay them less or nothing.
