First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CPA.
Manager
HR was really organised and clear about what was happening. I spoke with some executive leaders and the questions felt really on point for the job. They got back to me with feedback in 24 hours, which is pretty amazing considering they were likely interviewing lots of people.
- How would you begin the process of developing a strategic roadmap?
Account Payable Clerk
You apply for the job and then get an interview invitation. They might give you an assessment before the interview. After the interview, it's an offer stage, then onboarding and hiring.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Product Manager
The interview followed a typical question and answer format, where I was asked to provide examples using the STAR method. It was pretty standard. I also learned about the requirements for GDoor. I asked some technical questions to understand their project management approach.
- What would you do about a team member who isn't supporting our projects?
- How do you handle situations where a staff member is not aligned with project goals?
- Describe your approach when a team member resists project initiatives.
Assistant
Me llamaron por teléfono para agendar una entrevista que fue virtual y ágil. Habían dos supervisores con la muchacha de recursos humanos y me hicieron preguntas fáciles de responder.
- ¿Qué materias estás cursando actualmente?
