First round was an aptitude test. Second round, they saw if you're a team player by giving you a problem and asking you to develop a solution as a team. 3rd round was PI where they asked questions about my CV, my projects, internships, and my role in them. Then some DSA concepts and HR questions.

The interview process involved questions about the job. I was asked about my 5-year career goals, my motivation for getting into medical coding, and my expectations and previous experience in this role.

So I talked to this company, and my first thought was that it was a pretty cool place and the mission was great. But honestly, the leadership was a huge letdown during the interview. It started with a 30-minute phone screen that went well. Then I had an interview with the CTO, CCO, and VP of Customer Engagement. They also asked me to prepare a 5-minute presentation on any topic. The interview was on Google Hangouts, and even though I was ready, the executives and the VP kept their cameras off, saying their place was a mess. It felt pretty rude since they should have been prepared. The interview was also awkward with long silences, and it seemed like they hadn't prepared any questions. The questions they did ask were really basic, like 'What motivates you?'. The presentation went fine, and they said it was relevant to their current work. I followed up a day later to thank everyone, and they told me they weren't moving forward. I would have preferred no reason than the two nonsensical ones they gave. Looking back, it's probably a good thing I didn't get the job because the management seemed disorganized and disrespectful. I hope others have a better experience.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. First, there were two separate chats with the hiring managers, and then a technical interview with the developers. It all seemed to go pretty well.
