First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CoxHealth.
Financial Data Analyst
Started with a quick screening, then I had to do a take-home test. It had analysis and case questions about finance and healthcare. After that, I interviewed with the finance team to talk about my past work, how I solve problems, and how I would fit in.
- What could be the reasons for costs exceeding budget while hours worked are below budget?
Advanced Practice Provider
I sent in my application via their website and then received an email to set up an online interview. The interview itself was with some really nice people and went well. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd suggest applying if you're interested.
- Why are you moving to this area?
- What are your hobbies or interests?
Software Engineer
A good interview is supposed to give us a clear idea about your skills, experiences, and if you would fit in the company. It should be a two-way street, making sure we both understand each other, and helping us make better hiring choices.
- How has your day been?
- Are you feeling well?
Human Resources
The interview process started with a phone interview, followed by a panel/group interview that included a presentation. The process moved along quickly, and communication was consistently good. The people I interacted with were friendly, polite, and attentive during my presentation. I'm not entirely sure the job itself was clearly defined; they might need to spend more time clarifying the exact responsibilities of the position. The interviewees were well-dressed, not stuffy but not overly casual, and appeared quite sophisticated. However, the overall culture seemed a bit old-fashioned. My impression was that this exempt position would likely demand more than 40 hours per week.
- What are your five-year career goals?
